Haynes Middle

For Haynes Middle Students

Center for Imagination (Beech Creek Ministries)

Beech Creek Ministries-Center for Imagination provides numerous enrichment opportunities emphasizing academic and cultural education in a fun and nurturing environment.  Activities include hands-on science and math projects, field trips, guest speakers, one-on-one tutoring, group projects to develop leadership skills, peer discussions, exposure to the digital world via our computer lab and interactive activities and projects to enhance the afterschool experience.

Hartman Park Regional Community Center

Structured program inside the community center. Students will engage in activities that encourage academic growth, creativity, social relationships, sportsmanship, and positive self-image. A major emphasis of our program will be on physical activities such as swimming, hiphop, and training, as ways to building healthy living habits.

Computer Technology, Projects, Sports, Team Building, High School/College prep., to name just a few of the Wacky activities that you can participate in with the YMCA NAZA program. Come use your imagination as you learn many different ways to explore your creative side in the arts. Add in health and wellness, homework and tutoring, and this makes a fun and exciting place to spend your afternoon. Come get turned up in the “Y”!!

PACE (PENCIL Foundation)

If you are ready to rock your future in the exciting universe of science, technology, engineering, and math, then PACE is the after-school program for you!  We believe that you've got what it takes to shoot for the moon and land among the stars.  And at PACE, you don't learn just by listening to someone talk, you learn by doing things! Work with groups on immersive projects and experiments such as solar powered robots, slime, rockets, explosions, and catapults. Tutoring? Check.  Games?  Yup.  Field trips?  You bet!  You'll be exploring the fields and careers that the modern world needs, and all while meeting new people and having lots of fun.

For Joelton Middle students

Paradise Ridge Community Center

Our goal is to provide unique learning and recreational opportunities that enhance quality of life. We promote learning through recreation, cultural arts, agriculture, team sports, nature programs, scouts and fitness. Metro Parks staff will work with individual groups to customize any experience based on the group’s goals and skill level. Come join us as we learn while having fun. We are also hands on with homework help and tutoring to help improve grades.

Dynamic Young Minorities of Nashville

The D.Y.M.O.N in the Rough NAZA Program is a fun and creative program that will allow the students to learn, express themselves, and expose them to new adventures and skills! We have a lot of educational and fun activities planned including: modeling, dance, acting, singing, sports, games, you name it! With all the prizes, surprises, and field trips planned throughout the school year this is an opportunity you don't want to miss!

The Party's Rockin' at Moves & Grooves, come join the fun! The Stars Of Bethlehem Club is a comprehensive, stimulating and fun initiative that provides afterschool tutoring, health and fitness education, field trips, intramural sports, electives, ARTS education, fun social fellowship, alcohol and drug prevention and extended supplemental services such as summer camps, job-readiness training, character education, social development and family empowerment.
